Prof. Devender Kharb is Dean of the School of Fashion at WUD. A Fashion Design graduate from NIFT and a postgraduate from the London College of Fashion, his graduate collection is archived at the University of the Arts, London, as a benchmark for its Master’s program. With over 12 years in luxury fashion design, buying, and merchandising across Europe and South Asia—including as a consultant to UK-based companies—he brings deep global insight to academia. His work has been exhibited internationally, and he represented the UK at the Concours International des Jeunes Créateurs de Mode, Paris (2004). He also co-founded ‘The Infusion Store,’ an e-commerce platform for contemporary Asian fashion in Europe.

Prof. John Varghese is a textile designer and educator with a postgraduate degree from NIFT Delhi and additional training from the Royal College of Art and Central Saint Martins, UK. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with renowned brands and organizations such as Oxfam, Anju Modi, Ralph Lauren Home, Habitat UK, and Donna Karan NY. His multidisciplinary approach blends textile expertise with a love for literature, music, and art, enriching his pedagogy at WUD.

Prof. Satya Suman is a fashion designer and alumnus of NIFT Delhi and Central Saint Martins, UK, with a distinguished portfolio including work with Alexander McQueen, Giorgio Armani (Black), JJ Valaya, Globus, Puma, and Swarovski. Known for dressing global celebrities like Madonna, Cate Blanchett, and George Clooney, he brings a multidimensional perspective to design education. Founder of his own sustainable fashion label, he views design as an emotionally expressive and transformative medium rooted in romanticism, optimism, and modest aesthetics.

Prof. Atul Maurya is an alumnus of NIFT New Delhi and holds a postgraduate degree from Domus Academy, Milan. With over 13 years of experience across fashion design, retail, visual merchandising, and accessories, he has worked with Lacoste, Benetton, and numerous fashion export houses. His interdisciplinary design practice spans space design, set design, and material studies. At WUD, he teaches cultural studies, material processes, and space design, and mentors students in extracurricular pursuits and curriculum development with a hands-on, experiential learning approach.

Prof. Navaid Mehtab is a fashion educator, stylist, photographer, and art director with over two decades of experience across academia, e-learning, and the fashion industry. A postgraduate in Knitwear Design & Technology from NIFT, he has held senior roles at institutions such as Pearl Academy and NIFT Mumbai, where he led fashion styling, illustration, knitwear design, and curriculum development. His industry practice spans creative direction, photography, and styling for brands including Raymonds, FabIndia, Benetton, and Amazon. He also served as Academic Head at The Designer’s Class, an EdTech platform offering celebrity-led design education. Navaid brings to WUD a rare blend of creative versatility and pedagogical depth, mentoring students in styling, digital presentation, fashion photography, and conceptual design.

A strategist, multidisciplinary designer and educator who’s delivered creative and engaging solutions across home fashion, interiors, exhibition design, event management, brand strategy and communication design. Balbir is a Master’s in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT Delhi, besides being CSIR UGC NET qualified, IBM certified - Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and having over twenty-four years of professional experience in design. He has over 20 years of experience in teaching as a visiting faculty in NIFT, Delhi. Projects undertaken by him span over twenty countries throughout North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been involved in country branding and designing spaces for events like the World Economic Forum WEF, Davos, Switzerland; AfricaIndia Summit at Addis Ababa in Ethiopia; and The India Shows in Pakistan, Indonesia, Ghana, Tanzania, Canada, Bangladesh, South Africa, Singapore, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka. His work has been featured in WGSN, Trend Bible, Condé Nast Traveler, Elle Decor India, Design Sponge, Verve Magazine, lifestyleasia.com and lbb.in. When not on the job, he enjoys practicing boxing and hiking.

Having a PhD from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a Masters in Machine Design from Punjab Technical University, and a teaching experience of about two decades at various Higher Education Institutions, Dr. Shakun's expertise in the area of Design and Manufacturing. Apart from teaching, Dr. Shakun is a member of WICCI: Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; National Council for Higher Education; and is a qualified internal ISO auditor. She is on the editorial board of various Journals and has published in National / International Journals. Projects mentored by her have won accolades at various design competitions.

Professor Harminder Singh brings over 22 years of experience in design, craftsmanship, and manufacturing, with a distinguished focus on product design, handicrafts, and heritage conservation. Recognized as a master craftsman in Meenakari by the Government of India, he has showcased Indian craft traditions at global platforms in Basel, Florence, Dubai, and Milan. His work bridges academia, artisanship, and sustainable innovation through collaborations with NGOs, government bodies, and private enterprises. With 12 years of academic experience and extensive consultancy and manufacturing credentials, he remains committed to empowering the next generation of designers with the values of craftsmanship and cultural preservation.

Lolita Dutta is one of India’s most respected voices in communication and exhibition design, with a career spanning over 40 years in professional practice and more than three decades in design education and academic leadership. A postgraduate in Communication Design from the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, Lolita has contributed to the evolution of Indian design through a body of work that includes large-format exhibitions, museum and pavilion designs, and visual communication projects for the Government of India, including landmark national campaigns and international expos. She has also worked closely with diplomatic missions, ministries, PSUs, and NGOs, crafting narratives that blend design sensitivity with public purpose.

As an academic, Lolita has served in senior positions at some of India’s leading design institutions—mentoring generations of students and young professionals. Her roles have included curriculum development, faculty mentoring, institutional strategy, and academic governance. Known for her clarity of vision and rigor in design education, she has played a formative role in shaping the design sensibilities of contemporary India.

Naveen has been a National Creative Director in various MNCs for the better part of his 25+ year career. He was NCD at Rediff.Com, Quasar (WPP), Group M (WPP) and Appster (Australia) and ECD (Executive Creative Director) at Interactive Avenues and his areas of specialization are Brand based Digital Design & Communication, Creative Direction, Experiential Design, Solution-oriented Innovation & Knowledge Sharing. He has helmed online ad campaigns for over two hundred global fortune 500 brands like Coke, Sony, Samsung, Dominos, Pepsi, Honda, Hewlett Packard, Glaxo Smith Kline, Reckitt Benckiser and more. His vast industry experience brings practical and marketable value to the subjects he teaches.

He dived into pedagogy as the Director Communications & H.O.D Design Communication at Arch College, Rajasthan University and taught Communication Design, Design Thinking, Design Principles, Design Methodology, Visual Arts, Advertising and Branding, UI UX Design, Portfolio & Presentation at Amity University and Poornima University, Jaipur. He is an alumnus of College of Art New Delhi [BFA Applied Arts] and Poornima University Jaipur [M.DES Product Design]. He has also done Management Development Program [MDP] Leadership Skills program from XLRI Jamshedpur and Senior Executive Leadership [MDP] program at Faculty of Management, New Delhi.

A topper from Delhi University in the Arts and a gold medalist from Pune University in IT Systems Management, Aparna Gwande has held various positions of strategic importance in varied disciplines. A Textiles graduate, she was the Head designer at Vichitra Sarees for nearly a decade. She has been associated with the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India as a designer for development of the Handloom sector. Later making her foray into graphics, she worked extensively with prominent publishing houses such as Orient Paperbacks and UBSPD and has more than 50 Book covers of eminent authors to her credit. Before joining WUD she was the creative director at an IT MNC. She is also the author and designer of a series of books on Indian Textile designs.She is passionate about achieving excellence in every task she undertakes and believes in team spirit rather than working in isolation. Besides being committed to art and design, she is an avid gardener and loves to play badminton.

Sanmitra Chitte School of Management at WUD

Sanmitra, a polymath by education identifies herself as a Design Innovation Strategist. She currently is a member of CII National Committee on Design. She sits in the Jury of CII national Design awards 2020. She has been chosen as an AIM mentor by the NITI Aayog, Govt of India. Sanmitra is the Global Design Ambassador at Interaction Design Foundation. Sanmitra is a mentor at the Amazing Design People list (ADPlist).

She has a multidisplinary education and is currently an IIM (Indian Institute of Management) scholar and is working on Sustainability. She holds a Masters in Strategic Design Management from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, a degree in Commercial Arts (BFA) and a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Sanmitra has also studied Pharmacy at diploma level. She is a trained ZMET analyser and interviewer.

Sanmitra is a passionate academician and believes in collaboration versus competition. She runs an Instagram Live thread with the support of her amazing team at School of Management under the Instagram handle – strategyndesign wherein she holds talks with Industry veterans and academicians in the field of Design Strategy, Design Management, Innovation & Sustainability. Sanmitra believes her team of Professors and Students is her strength in creating a vision of action and learning.

Sanmitra has an experience of 19 + years. She has worked in varied sectors, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Publication (POOL, IE), Branding, BFS, Innovation Capacity Building and Startup enablement.

Visual Artist-Educator-Curator Rajan Shripad Fulari, comes from small village called Siolim of beautiful land of Goa. Fulari is an excellent artist who acquired his degree of Fine Arts from the Goa College of Arts and then later acquired his master's from M S University, Vadodara in Gujarat. He also studied Film Appreciation from FTII, Pune. His works have been exhibited in National and International Exhibitions held at Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Scotland, London, Canada, Abu Dhabi etc. and with many important galleries / museums in India and abroad.

Throughout his whole artistic journey, Rajan Shripad Fulari has achieved many awards and he continues to expand his list of achievements. Fulari is been honoured with many prestigious awards and scholarship across India by well know national organization and also from abroad including to name few the Yuva Surjana Puraskar by Govt. of Goa, a National Scholarship & Junior Fellowship from Govt. of India, National Award from Rajasthan, Lalit Kala Akademi, AIFACS Award, New Delhi and artist in residency from Foundacao Oriente (Goa) for Portugal, Charles Wallace / British Council / Scottish Border Council for Scotland and recently McMaster University, Canada. And recently his prints were exhibited in solo show along with legendary none other than REMBRANT in the International Triennial in France.

Recently he was appointed for the prestigious post of Secretary at the famous Lalit Kala Akademi in New Delhi. And earlier, he served as the head of the printmaking studio as well as at the Lalit Kala Akademi, regional centres of Delhi and Chennai for 11 long years. Further, he has been currently working as an assistant professor at the prestigious College of Arts and Crafts, Lucknow University for the last six years. Earlier he served as a lecturer at Goa College of Fine Art for six years and Graphic Designer with Goa Doordarshan.

Fulari have also curated, coordinated and conducted many exhibitions and other activities in Visual Arts. He also curates few group shows, workshops and camps of well know and young artists from India and abroad. Also, as an active printmaker he is been coordinating number of Print-Portfolios with various groups and galleries across, for the promotion of printmaking in India and Abroad. A keen participator, he has attended several camps & workshops.

Fulari art works are in the collections of several private and public collections in India and elsewhere. With vast experience of more than 25 years in the Contemporary Art Scenario, he is a humble and profound artist and teacher.

Shaleen Sharma has been a practicing Architect for over 22 years and had been actively involved in academics on visiting basis with reputed institutions like University School of Architecture and Planning (USAP) Delhi and KamlaRahejaVidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies, Juhu, Mumbai. His formal education includes a Bachelors in Architecture from the TVB School of Habitat Studies and Masters in PRASADA (Practice Research and Advancement in South Asian Design and Architecture) from De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. Shaleen is also known for exploring the medium of film in the context of Architecture. He has made several documentaries for UGC on the subject of Architecture. Garden of the Heart: A Film on Architect Joseph Allen Stein is one of his well acclaimed documentaries.

Neena has shifted from practice to academia to explore imaginations. She pursued architecture at the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi at the undergraduate and doctoral levels and has a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Architectural Studies from UCL, London. Having lived and worked in diverse global locations, she has taught at Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Bilkent University, Ankara and Amity University among others and headed the school of architecture at Goenka University. Her research interest focuses on architectural treatises in the subcontinent and their contemporary relevance. She has presented her work at prestigious platforms globally and continues to engage with history and theory as well as design processes in architecture.

Ms. Kaur is an architect, interior designer, and academic administrator with over 17 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning professional practice and academia. An alumna of Chandigarh College of Architecture, Panjab University, she has worked on large-scale institutional, hospitality, and residential projects with leading firms including Woods Bagot (Singapore), Perkins Eastman, Godrej Properties, Mani Chowfla Architects, and Aakar Design Consultants. Transitioning to academia, she earned an M.Arch and a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning & Development, and has since held senior positions such as HOD & Associate Professor and Deputy Registrar at GD Goenka University’s School of Architecture & Planning. She has also contributed to international academic collaborations as Lead Coordinator for the Erasmus-funded RISHII Project, representing India at the General Meeting in Bilbao, Spain (2023). Recipient of the “Star Performer of the Year” award at GD Goenka University, she is dedicated to mentoring students and advancing architectural education through innovative teaching and academic leadership.

Dr. Parul Purohit Vats is a distinguished danseuse, choreographer, educationist, and published author. She holds the Alankaar degree in Kathak from the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, along with a Ph.D. in Music from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur. In addition, she has completed Grade 8 and the ATCL Diploma in Performance Arts from Trinity College London, both with distinction. She is an alumna of Kadamb Centre for Dance and Music, Ahmedabad, and Nrityagram, Bangalore, where she has also served as a faculty member.

An educationist since 2006, Dr. Vats has been associated with several esteemed institutions, contributing to curriculum development, faculty training, and teaching. She has conducted numerous workshops in dance and drama for the British Council, New Delhi. Her most recent academic appointment was as Principal of Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra, New Delhi. A registered member of the International Dance Council (CID), Paris, Dr. Vats has performed extensively on national and international prosceniums. Her contributions to the performing arts have been recognized with several accolades, including the Yuva Puraskar by the Rajasthan Sangeet Natak Akademi (2002), the Veer Durga Das Matri Shakti Award (2017), the Sur Sangam Excellence Award for Performing Arts (2019), the Dr. Sarojini Naidu Award for Working Women (2023), and the Nritya Mani Award (2025).

Associate Professor Anshika Aggarwal is an alumna of Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, and a decorated academician with over a decade of teaching experience. Her expertise spans textile science, surface design, draping, and pattern-making. Passionate about crafts and natural dyes, she has guided student projects that earned 15 design registrations from the Government of India. She contributes to national curriculum development through PSSCIVE Bhopal and regularly writes on design trends in leading newspapers and digital platforms.

Dr. Vidushi Vashishth is an Associate Professor with a PhD in Omnichannel Retailing. Her expertise in sustainability, merchandising, and marketing is built on 10 years of industry experience with Shahi Exports and Upcycleluxe, managing global brands like Uniqlo, H&M, and Target. She collaborates with Texas-based AKFI on ESG-focused research and has published in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals. Her academic work bridges industry relevance and research-driven innovation.

Pankaj brings along with him 16 years of experience as a design/ creative professional and more than 9 years of experience in the field of academics/ design educator. He graduated from NIFT Gandhinagar and has worked with major design houses and runs his own fashion brand. His work has been showcased in fashion shows India and abroad.
Pankaj is a passionate educator who believes in imparting the best of his learnings in the most relevant way to future designer to prepare them for a professional environment. He has used his comprehensive, practical knowledge along with understanding of various design ideas & philosophies to develop courses, build ideas that ensure holistic growth with learning of young designers as well as the overall development of the organization.

A Visual Artist working with a multidisciplinary approach, Suresh has worked areas in many Universities in India as an art educator. He graduated from Rajasthan School of Arts, Jaipur and did his masters from M.S. University, Vadodara. Suresh Kumar is a Prolific Painter, having 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary Art. He has won the National Scholarship (HRD); Mohammedi Nasreen Merit Scholarship from M.S. University; State award & State Student Award, L.K.A Rajasthan; Best Student & Merit Award from Raj. School of Arts, Jaipur; Young Artist Award, Jawahar Kala Kendra; and has participated in many art camps & art residency, galleries and organisation.

Haninder is a visual artist and art educator. He has studied Applied Arts (B.F.A.) from College of Arts, Govt. of NCT and Animation Film Design (PGDPD) from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. He has taught Art and Design to all age groups from primary schools to post graduate design students (IGCSE, IB PYP, IB MYP, IB DP). As a designer his projects include book design, illustrations, Graphic novels, commissioned artworks and hand carved wooden products.

‘Tilak Deepak Roy’ is an alumnus of IIT Bombay, IIM Indore and MIT Pune; with Master of Design specialized in Mobility and Vehicle Design.

He is responsible for India's first indigenously designed cruise ship namely MV Sindhu and MVNalanda; built by Cochin Shipyard Limited.

Superyacht International among others. His work was featured at Millennium Yacht Design Award. His luxury motorcycle design has received Royal Enfield - Rider Mania Award for Sunburn Chopper Motorcycle launched at Sunburn Music Festival.

He has keen interest in designing Electric Vehicles and designed Evo.3 Electric Racecar bodyworks at IIT Bombay Racing' which became India first electric race-car to qualify Formula Student' event at Silverstone Racetrack, UK.

His work experience includes Industrial and Marine Design projects at Reliance Industries Ltd., Mahindra Composites Ltd., Airports Authority of India, SEDS Marine Designers; dealing with various projects like Metro & Railway Coach Design(Filed Patent), Rapid Transit Vehicles, Solar Farms, Sustainable Furniture Design, Tractor Design, Aircraft Interior Design and more.

Presently as a Research Scholar, he’s working in the Area of Emergency Rescue Vehicles.

He enjoys creating art works, making short films and producing music.

"Madhuranjan Bharti Graduated in 2010 from NIFT, New Delhi with specialization in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Design. He has worked with an export house Hitashi Fine Kraft Pvt Ltd, Kolkata as a Senior Designer and Relaxo Footwear Ltd. as Creative Designer.
After working 7 years with the Industry, he moved to design academies and joined NIFT Jodhpur as an Assistant Professor. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the World University of Design, Sonepat, Haryana."

An alumnus of Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, Anshika has been a design academician for over a decade. A knowledge enthusiast, she consistently excelled in her education, achieving the status of a Gold and Silver medallist. Her educational background and further learning have made her proficient in teaching subjects such as textile science, wet-processing, surface design techniques, draping, and pattern-making.
Her passion for Indian crafts and natural dyes led her to research and explore this domain, resulting in four certificates of registration of design from the Patent Office of the GOI for student projects under her supervision. She is also a panel expert with PSSCIVE Bhopal, contributing to the development of curriculum and textbooks for 11th and 12th grade vocational education. Additionally, she also writes for various newspapers and digital platforms on contemporary industry practices and current trends.
She was also associated with AKTU University, Lucknow, and Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun.

A technology enthusiast and avid gamer, Akshay obtained his BFA in Animation from Amity University Noida followed by an MFA in Game Development from the Academy of Art University, USA. achieving top honors and receiving the Valedictorian award for exceptional performance. With over seven years of experience in the games industry, Akshay has worked with a wide range of international clients, including indie game studios, AAA studios and Novaby - the Seattle-based studio. When not engrossed in his work, Akshay enjoys playing badminton, cycling, and playing guitar.

Ankit Garg brings over 15 years of combined industry and academic experience, blending practical insight with academic depth. His career spans leadership roles in IT, financial services, and startups, including positions as IT Manager, Business Head, and client engagement roles in asset management and private banking. In academia, he has taught and mentored B.Tech and management students, leveraging his interdisciplinary background to connect technical and business concepts. At WUD, he focuses on developing students’ analytical thinking, leadership, and industry readiness.

Studied Bachelors in Fine Arts from Kala Bhavan, Visva Bharati Santiniketan with History of Art as specialization. Completed Master Degree in History of Art from Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S University of Vadodara. Received notable awards including the Small Study and Research Grant from Nehru Trust Collection in Victoria and Albert Museum, New Delhi. Received the Junior Fellowship from CHR, New Delhi. Swati have taught the subject Art Appreciation as Visiting Faculty at several Institutions in Kolkata and Delhi like J.D Birla Institute of Home Science, Kolkata; The Apeejay Institute of Design, New Delhi; South Delhi Polytechnic for Women, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and in the Department of Mass Communication (AJKMCRC), Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi.

His long working experience includes a tenure with with leading media group Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd (The Times Group), Chisel Fitness (A ViratKohli's Venture) and a teaching experience of ~3 years with Jagannath University.

Aditi Parikh possesses vast experience in the field of Architecture and design in association with various reputed firms in Ahmedabad and New Delhi. Her formal education includes Bachelors in Architecture from SVIT, Vasad, Gujarat University and Masters in Industrial Design from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Her Thesis project in masters, based on the design of an educational toy for preschool children, done with Playgro Toys India Pvt Ltd and sponsored by Design Clinic scheme for MSME by NID, was a highly acclaimed student design project which was manufactured and launched in Nuremberg Toy Fair ‘2013. In 2014, Aditi started her own consultancy firm, focusing on Space Design, Product Design and Graphic Design.

Mr. Abhishek has a B.Arch degree from Govt. College of Architecture, Lucknow and M.Tech from IIT Roorkee. He is currently pursuing his PhD. from TERI School of Advanced Studies. He has a field experience of 2 years as architect with expertise in residential housing, commercials projects and hospitality projects. He has a vast teaching experience of 8 years with leading universities




S K Satyam is an Alumni of National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi and Indian Institute of Craft & Design, Jaipur with a Bachelor in fashion design and Masters in Craft and textiles respectively. He has been associated with the field of design for the last 10 years now working for brands like Vero-Moda, Only, Vila, Tom Tailor etc. An enthusiast in reading, writing and research he got associated with NIFT, Patna in 2016 as an educator to share his knowledge and understanding about design. He has also written a novel in 2018 named ‘The other side of the moon’ based on his views about love and philosophy of life.
Further ahead he developed a keen interest in studying and researching various crafts of India and have been studying the people associated with it and the intrinsic value they possess in association with craft. He has also, been writing articles on them and studying further ahead to encapsulate indigenous way of Indian lifestyle. Recently he has finished a book on poetry as well. When it comes to design, he considers himself a visual storyteller and for the last four years he has been educating at WUD sharing his expertise in the fashion design department.

He is a seasoned Photojournalist with over 25 years of experience in capturing the most iconic moments of India's history. Born and brought up in Chandigarh, he has worked for some of the most reputed newspapers and organizations in the country like Avalanche Magazine, The Indian Express, The Times of India, and The Tribune.
Some of his notable coverage includes the visits of British Royal Couple Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla Parker to Punjab, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's visit to India, French President's visit to India, and the Indian Premier League (IPL- all series till 2016). Covered T-20 World Cup (2007), Davis Cup in 2016, International PHL Hockey league.
He completed his Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphics from Government College of Arts, Chandigarh, with First Division in 1997. And since then participated in many photography exhibitions, conducted lectures and workshops at various institutes around the country.

Satya Vijay completed has Post Graduation (MFA) in Printmaking from College of Art, University of Delhi and BFA from Faculty of Fine Arts (Painting), Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi. His experience in Fine Art (Painting, Printmaking and Sculpture) adds unique perspectives to his creative projections in a very expressive manner. With rich experience in Realistic, Semi-Realistic and abstract painting techniques, he has exhibited his artworks at many national and international venues. His creations have also been collected by national and international museums. His decade long experience in the field of art education, inspires him to give his best to the young Art & Design learners.

Assistant Professor Shubham Saurabh is a graphic designer and MIT Institute of Design alumnus with six years of experience across academia and industry. His areas of expertise include branding, semiotics, book design, typography, and concept art. A passionate educator and visual philosopher, he explores human behavior, symbolism, and perception through creative storytelling and believes that teaching must engage, entertain, and inspire.


Divya is a Textile Design graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Patna and has a post graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Craft and Design.
Divya has gained valuable industry experience at companies such as Ratan Textiles, Sarita Handa, and Hilo Design, where she worked with renowned brands like Zara, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters. She is a craft enthusiast and has completed NGO projects with AAICA, focusing on crafts such as Phulkari and Zardozi.
Her research interests are sustainability and integrated design. Additionally, she has authored two research papers in the field and is eager to delve deeper into research design and methodologies as well as innovative research projects. Her work demonstrates a commitment to advancing knowledge and improving practices in her area of expertise.

Aditi is an award-winning graduate of NIFT and a post graduate in Fashion Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada. She is passionate about intersectional studies, identity, self and their interaction with fashion. She mentored undergraduate students during her Master’s program and introduced various ways of Design Thinking. She believes that storytelling is a crucial part of fashion and is currently exploring the area of practise based research.

Shweta Dahiya is a faculty member in the area of General Management at World University of Design.
