We at CULT19, strive to make your short stay with us, as pleasant and comfortable as we can. You’ will have to pre-register yourself at the CULT19 website (add hyperlink), by
10th October 2019. Production of ID card is mandatory at the Registration Desk. CULT'19 Resident ID cards will be issued to each team member which will need to be on your person through out your stay at WUD campus. Volunteers will be there to guide you from Registration Desk to your accommodation.

All accommodation will be done within the WUD campus, information of which will be given to you at the time of registration.

Accommodation charges applicable per person are as follows:

  A minimum of ₹600 will be charged for 2 days (This will include accommodation and Breakfast).
  An additional amount of ₹300 will be charged per day after 2 days.
  Accommodation is confirmed after the successful payment.
  After 10Th October 2019, only for special cases, accommodation will be given on- spot subject to the availability.  We suggest you to bring your basic requirements (like toothbrush, bed sheet etc.) for your stay in WUD. Accommodation will be strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis. On ground of suspicions, your luggage can be checked by authorities.  As per WUD campus rules the entry and exit from the campus is only allowed between 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. Alcohol/ Drugs/ Smoking are strictly prohibited inside the campus. Violating above rules will lead to cancellation of accommodation immediately and/or depending on the severity, fine will be imposed.  Food Breakfast arrangements will be done in the hostel's mess. Every other meal you can eat from food stalls all over the campus.
