The project takes inspiration from art of the bygone Persian and Mughal era. The collection is called “Firadus e Zamin” which is an amalmagation of designs derived from Kashmiri crafts like Namda rugs, marble carvings, floral emblems and Mughal architecture. The silhouettes used in the collection are subtle and profoundly traditional. Every single motif like a blooming flower bud communicates the delicacy and beauty of nature. The color palette used is ochre orange, shades of blue and green which denotes fertile colors of nature, raw and unbridled.
