I am Amisha Khatri, a fashion design graduate from WUD. My core skill set includes fashion
illustrations, surface design, draping and use of design software like Photoshop, Illustrator
and in-design. My industrial training at Beau Casa included fashion design and PGIL for
fashion merchandising. I have done craft documentation as part of my coursework, my
documentation was focused on the art of Chikankari, an art as regal as royal heritage of
Luckhnow. The document titled Chikan-E-Khaas includes an in-depth research on the
lifestyle, culture and the craft behind this exquisite adornment. I believe that fashion
contributes to empowering women by instilling confidence in them and adds an allure to
their inherent beauty.

My collection “Spring Avenue” is inspired from the happy mood of spring season in the
buzzing streets of Europe. The spring summer 2021 women’s wear collection has jazzy prints
and semi-formal silhouettes. The print is developed keeping an essence of majestic and
mesmerizing flowers during spring. It reflects the energetic and joyful  mood of spring.
