I am Gauri Garg a graduate in B.Des (Fashion Design) from WUD. I am skilled in digital illustrations and prints development. I find it easy to use raw fabric as a canvas for expression of my perception of the world around me. An inherent positivity and enthusiasm for life and beauty is what makes me seek challenges and turn them into experiences.

I interned with Shahi Exports as part of my coursework. I drew inspiration from the designs of Tommy Hilfiger which represents the essence of classic American, cool styles with a preppy twist. The basic premise of this brand led me to make a collection inspired by a road trip which speaks of solitude, liberty and adventure. “Americana Road Trip” the theme of my project denotes comfort and style while travelling by road for a long duration. The essence of the collection is clean, elegant and structured with a twist of sleeves and necklines that gives the ensembles a simple and comfortable feel.
