Oxy Homez Gurgaon was envisioned as a thoughtful response to the constraints and opportunities of affordable housing in Gurgaon. As designers, our approach focused on maximizing spatial efficiency while ensuring comfort, natural light, and ventilation within compact apartment layouts. The planning emphasizes functional zoning, minimal circulation waste, and adaptable living spaces suited to modern urban families.
