The project involves the design of a luxury bungalow residence in NRI City Kanpur, aimed at creating a modern, comfortable, and climate-responsive home. The design focuses on achieving a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability while catering to the needs of a contemporary family. The bungalow is planned with a clear zoning strategy that separates public, semi-private, and private spaces to ensure privacy and efficient circulation. Emphasis is placed on maximizing natural light and ventilation through proper orientation, openings, and the integration of indoor–outdoor spaces such as courtyards, gardens, and terraces. The project also considers environmental factors like heat control, shading, and rainwater management to enhance overall comfort. With a strong architectural identity and thoughtful spatial planning, the design aims to deliver a refined living experience that reflects modern luxury within a structured township context.
