The clubhouse is designed as a vibrant and multifunctional recreational space that caters to users of all age groups, promoting social interaction and community engagement. It includes key areas such as an entrance lobby cum café, kids play area, games room, badminton court cum multipurpose hall, RWA office, gym, and an open roof terrace. The design approach focuses on creating a seamless balance between indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for leisure and activities. Careful space planning and zoning have been implemented to achieve smooth circulation and efficient use of space. The architectural and interior design emphasizes openness, natural light, and ventilation to enhance user comfort. Aesthetic elements, material selection, and spatial organization are thoughtfully integrated to create a modern yet inviting atmosphere.
