Located in a peri-urban setting surrounded by agricultural land, the proposal aims to create a cohesive residential environment that balances built form with open spaces. The layout focuses on efficient land use through organized housing rows, internal circulation, and shared amenities. A centrally placed clubhouse is proposed as a community hub for recreation and social interaction. The design responds to the tropical climate by incorporating natural ventilation, daylighting, and landscape integration. The project adheres to relevant planning regulations and by-laws, ensuring a sustainable, functional, and context-sensitive residential development.
