By auditing project lifecycles and implementing refined SOPs, the research aims to mitigate operational friction and enhance stakeholder transparency. Ultimately, the project demonstrates how design-led thinking serves as a primary operating system to drive efficiency, maintain creative integrity, and quantify brand "happiness" in a volatile digital marketplace.
