My Portfolio : Click here

I am a Design Strategy Professional currently in my final semester, focusing on the intersection of management, operational efficiency, and creative execution. My academic journey in Design Strategy Management has been driven by a fascination with how intentional design can solve complex business problems.Throughout my residency at BigHappy.co, I have transitioned from theory to practice, serving as a Project Management Intern. In this role, I act as the "connective tissue" within the agency—bridging the gap between high-impact creative visions and the disciplined execution required to bring them to life. I specialize in navigating high-velocity environments, utilizing radical transparency and asynchronous collaboration to ensure that brand "happiness" is not just a goal, but a quantifiable result.

Graduation Project

Project Title - INTEGRATING DESIGN STRATEGY INTO OPERATIONAL GOVERNANCE: A SYSTEMIC FRAMEWORK FOR OPTIMIZING TEAM COORDINATION AND PROJECT LIFECYCLE
Project Sponsor - BIGHAPPY.CO

This graduation project investigates the integration of "Design Strategy Management" within the high-velocity operations of "BigHappy.co", a boutique agency specializing in mobile and DOOH advertising. Serving as a Project Management Intern, the study focuses on optimizing the "connective tissue" between rapid creative output and strategic execution. By auditing project lifecycles and implementing refined SOPs, the research aims to mitigate operational friction and enhance stakeholder transparency. Ultimately, the project demonstrates how design-led thinking serves as a primary operating system to drive efficiency, maintain creative integrity, and quantify brand "happiness" in a volatile digital marketplace.
