As a design strategy Management student, I am a strategic designer dedicated to bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial reality. My professional journey is highlighted by a high-impact internship at BIBA Fashion Ltd., where I took full ownership of developing five original garments for the AW26 collection.
From custom dyeing to navigating complex costing and pricing meetings, I managed the entire product lifecycle. My expertise lies in technical documentation, value-driven production, and quality validation—ensuring that every design is not only aesthetically elevated but also commercially viable and "store-ready" for the national market.
Graduation Project
Project Title - The Price of Elegance
Project Sponsor – BIBA Fashion Ltd.
This project analyzes the end-to-end development of the BIBA AW26 collection, focusing on resolving the tension between creative ideation and commercial pricing. By managing digital prototyping, custom dyeing, and technical handovers, I identified costing bottlenecks and implemented value-driven solutions to ensure 4–5 original garments achieved market-ready profitability and fit-perfection.
