Graduation Project

Project Title – Nostalgic Futurism: Luxury Home Objects for Leisure and Productivity
Project Sponsor – Chirmi Overseas (Home of Chirmi)

This project focuses on designing two premium lifestyle accessory ranges inspired by everyday rituals, centered around moments of leisure and productivity within the home. The collection blends art, décor, and utility, positioning each product as statement pieces that elevate daily experiences. Rooted in aesthetics and contemporary luxury, the project interprets nostalgic futurism as a design language where nostalgic visual cues are combined with futuristic forms for spaces of leisure and productivity. The aim is to create a cohesive, trend-forward range with strong gifting appeal. Guided by the philosophy that genuine needs are the derivative and aesthetics are the disruption, the project transforms functional objects into expressive, design-led experiences.
