Graduation Project
Project Sponsor – Studio Arc. S
The brief was to design a modern luxury residence that combines refined aesthetics with functional living. The design is anchored in a warm neutral palette, enhanced with bold accents and curated artworks, including a foyer conceived as a gallery space.
The planning creates a continuous spatial flow, where the living, dining, bar, and terrace connect to form a dynamic social core suited for both daily use and gatherings. Integrated automation enhances the ambience and flexibility of the space, while private areas are designed as calm, efficient retreats, ensuring a balanced and sophisticated living environment.
