I\u2019m Chaitanya Bajpai, a design student with a background in visual and creative work.\nI started with over three years of experience in graphic design, where I focused on creating \nvisuals that looked appealing and communicated ideas clearly. But as I explored design \nmore deeply, my way of thinking began to change. \nI started paying more attention to how people interact with things\u2014how they use a product, \nwhat confuses them, and what makes something feel easy or enjoyable. Now, whenever I \nsee anything designed\u2014whether it\u2019s digital or physical\u2014I find myself asking, \u201cIs this \nthe right way to make it for the person who\u2019s going to use it?\u201d That question has \nbecome the core of how I think and work. For this project, I aim to bring creative thinking, \nattention to detail, and a strong interest in making things that are not only well-designed, but \ntruly useful and thoughtful.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\nProject Title <\/b>\u2013 Making Work More Human, One Talent at a Time\n
\nProject Sponsor<\/b> \u2013 FUNMARK\n

\nWe spend a major part of our day at work, yet rarely get the chance to show who we are beyond our\njob titles. At Newmark India, many employees expressed feeling disengaged, bored, and disconnected \nfrom one another. Internal communication was functional\u2014but lacked personality, expression, and \nfun.\nTo address this, I designed FUNMARK, a creative internal platform where employees could\nshowcase their hidden talents, engage with live event updates, suggest or browse memes \nanonymously, and feel more personally connected to their workplace.\nBuilt using tools like Ceros, Microsoft SharePoint, and custom HTML\/CSS, FUNMARK created a\nspace for lighthearted expression, confidence-building, and stronger workplace culture. What started\nas a response to boredom became a movement toward belonging\u2014proving that even inside the walls\nof work, people deserve a place to simply be themselves.\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
