Project Sponsor – BODICE
The project focuses on the role of a Production Merchandiser at Bodice, a contemporary Indian fashion label known for its structured silhouettes and sustainable practices. The project explores the end-to-end production process, including sourcing, vendor coordination, quality control, and timeline management. It highlights the importance of communication between design, production, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of garments. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving skills, fabric knowledge, and cost management.
