Shaily- a designer who finds beauty in the details- the moments where design truly connects. For me, design goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about crafting experiences that feel right, blending purpose, empathy, and a touch of शैली-the art of making things resonate with care. My journey into service design and UI/UX began in my 3rd year of college, and it’s become a way of thinking and living. I’m constantly asking, "How can I make this better?" "How can I create something that truly connects?" In the world of digital products, great design isn’t just functional; it’s human, effortless, and the design that stays with you.

Project Title – Nconnect | Newmark India’s Employee Portal

We spend 8+ hours at work, yet finding the right tool, document, or update often feels like navigating a never-ending maze. At Newmark India, employees faced challenges with scattered platforms, lost information, and inefficient workflows. HR portals, IT support, company updates- everything was fragmented, leading to wasted time and frustration.
To solve this, I set out to create NConnect- an integrated solution that streamlined these scattered resources into a cohesive, user-friendly platform. By bridging gaps between teams and enhancing efficiency, NConnect transformed the internal digital experience, making work feel as effortless as using our favorite apps.
