Project Title – WoCo AI Assistant Chatbot

At Woco, as an employee and project lead for this product, I directed the development of the Woco AI Assistant Chatbot, working closely with the co-founder, product manager, and design consultant. This intelligent solution was designed to streamline support across the organization, handling everything from employee inquiries to HR, customer service, and higher-level escalations. I led the design of seamless conversational flows, transforming fragmented support systems into a unified, intuitive experience. By focusing on smart routing, real-time assistance, and efficient problem-solving, the chatbot not only simplified the support process but also created a faster, more human way to connect users with the help they need.
