Graduation Project
Project Title – World Trade Centre, Mohali (Punjab)
The World Trade Centre, Mohali, is a mixed-use development designed to serve as a
global business hub, incorporating commercial offices, retail zones, service apartments,
entertainment areas, and public spaces. The project aims to boost regional economic
growth and attract international business. Inspired by global WTCs, the design reflects
innovation, sustainability, and connectivity, strategically located to enhance Mohali’s
urban skyline and infrastructure.
