Graduation Project
Project Title – Merchandising
Project Title – SHAHI EXPORTS
I've had the opportunity to dive into order management, supplier and vendor management, sampling, product sourcing, logistics, reporting and coordination, and learn from a dynamic team. This project is aimed at understanding the role of a merchandiser in an export house. It gives an overall view on how different departments work in synchronisation to meet the deadlines set by buyer while explaining in detail how a merchandiser is a contact point for them from acquiring orders till the product is shipped. It explains in detail about each part of the process and its elements.
