Project Title – Airlines Customer Service Agentic AI

As a product design intern at Quant AI, I worked on designing a conversational travel assistant for an airline company. The project focused on building a seamless, AI-agent-led experience where users could plan, manage, and modify their trips entirely through a smart chatbot. From booking flights to checking in, the agent handled everything, offering a futuristic and intuitive alternative to traditional travel apps.
