I am a final-year architecture student at World University of Design, graduating in 2025. Hailing from Assam, I’m passionate about sustainable, context-sensitive architecture, especially using bamboo as a building material. As an IGBC AP Associate with internship experience at Clean Slate Design, Guwahati, I aim to create designs rooted in regional identity and ecological responsibility.

Graduation Project

Project Title – Bamboo Architecture Centre
Project Sponsor - AJMAL Group

My thesis, Bamboo Architecture Center in Bheloguri, Assam, explores bamboo’s potential as a sustainable, locally available building material. Supported by AJMAL Company, the 10.47-acre site integrates a museum, library, workshop, processing unit, and a USP bamboo structure near a pond. The project promotes bamboo architecture through training, research, and community involvement, while celebrating Assam’s traditional craftsmanship. It aims to revive interest in bamboo construction with a focus on innovation, organic design, and environmental harmony.
