I’m Nandini, a 4th year undergraduate student pursuing Interior architecture and design. Throughout my four years of journey, I explored different aspects of the creative process through a variety of approaches and in my last 5 months of experience I had the chance to look more thoroughly into them. I discovered my inclination towards residential design, and I enjoyed creating concepts, 3D and technical drawings, and learning something new everyday in the real world.

Graduation Project

Project Title – GP
Project Sponsor – AND STUDIO

This design concept embraces a modern approach with a focus on simplicity, optimizing space, and emphasizing the exteriors through bold massing on the façade. The architectural style incorporates punctures through solid masses, distinct framing, and protruding, floating elements to create visual interest. Luxury architecture is achieved by incorporating green pockets and extensive glazing, which connects the interiors with the outdoors. The entrance is designed to offer a refined and enunciated experience, highlighted by landscaping and a carefully chosen material scheme that enhances the sense of space. A well-thought-out play of light throughout the building ensures a steady flow of natural light and an intriguing pattern of vertical elements, drawing attention to the central openness. The seamless transition from interiors to landscaped areas creates a harmonious environment that meets all client requirements.
