Project Title – Enhancing workflow and task management systems at ITOYS

During my management internship at ITOYS, a prominent toy manufacturer in India, I led a strategic project within the Graphic Design Department to enhance operational efficiency. I delved into the department's workflow, task management, and communication challenges to align its operations with ITOYS’ goals of innovation and market leadership. My hands-on approach involved immersive work principles, working closely with team members to understand daily operations and identify pain points. I engaged in discussions with management to grasp expectations and strategic objectives. The intervention focused on developing participatory solutions based on observed issues. By involving team members in problem-solving, we aimed to significantly boost the department's efficiency while aligning with ITOYS’ mission of delivering high-quality toys to the market. This project provided invaluable insights into departmental operations within a key industry player.
