I would like to introduce myself as a 22 year old graphic designer, sportswomen, musician, a dutiful daughter and a troublesome little sister. I have an introspective, open minded and outgoing personality. I hope to travel, meet new people, have different experiences and become a better version of myself every day. I am an effective problem solver who works exceptionally well while collaborating in teams. I am also a design enthusiast with a passion for design research, UX and UI. I aspire to build solutions to positively affect the global community, one person at a time.
Graduation Project
Project Title – DToC for a Teleco – Platform to Analysis, Testing Cohorts
Project Sponsor – Incedo
The main outcome of this project is a Platform of Digital Twin of Customers (DToC) for a US based Telecommunication company. The platform mainly deals with Issue Detection known as Root Cause Analysis (Churn Propensity Indicator) and Action Recommendations called the Next Best Action. It also works as a stimulation for user testing of different pricing (Smart Pricing) and different plans on a cohort level.
