Graduation Project

Project Title – Affordable Housing, Gurugram

The face of the future is cities and urban areas as cities provide chances and a more flexible future. Cities future is shaped by their growing urban populations which signals that cities are under danger. The UN estimates that 55% of the global population lives in urban areas – a figure that is projected to rise to 65% by 2050. With few exceptions, cities are expected to become bigger and more numerous. The focus is on the idea to address the housing deficit in India as affordable housing is one of the way to offer low-cost housing to the country’s economically disadvantaged population.
