I’m a design thinking practitioner, I admire the sophistication with which a design works in a given arrangement, never missing the tiniest details and the overarching principles, guarding each actor to ensure the entire project comes perfect. I’ve worked in the industry for the past two years as a solo practitioner, and in my journey so far I have learned so many new things, this exposure has only helped me expand my knowledge base and I continue to look forward to it.

Project Title –We Crew
We-Crew is a brand made to better understand and provide for the informal sector of our economy. Especially it tries to cover the unexplored or less explored area of the business management side of the informal sector. Informal business management refers to the skills, practices, and strategies utilized by small-scale entrepreneurs and businesses that operate outside of formal regulatory frameworks, such as those found in the informal sector of the economy. Such businesses often lack legal recognition, formal contracts, or access to formal financing, and as such, face numerous challenges related to communication, networking, and market access. Effectively managing informal businesses involves navigating these challenges and leveraging informal networks and resources to achieve success in a complex and dynamic business environment.
