Our employment has a significant impact on our lives, and the conditions in which we work can significantly affect our health and well-being (Atkins, 2016).. Both our physiological reactions to the internal environment quality and our psychological reactions to these locations are impacted by workplace design. A key component of designing a successful workplace is comprehending how the spatial and social aspects of the workplace can be optimized to improve well-being and productivity.
