I am a methodological native who is intrigued with design and research. Coming from a research methodology background, an M.Sc. in Resource Management & Design Application graduate was thrilled to take the journey to next level- Design Research. As a Design Researcher, I can see my existence by empathising, exploring to find opportunities and critically analysing them. Composite Materials are the key to a sustainable future. The project provides a feasible and practical solution to a nation-wide problem of stubble burning and depleting resources and presents ‘Rice Husk’ combined with Cardboard’ as a potential substitute for wood-based board materials and plastic products. It serves the environment on two fronts: waste management and replacing non- renewable/rapidly depleting resources.
