I’m a Visual Artist who is very curious and loves to experiment with different mediums and materials to create art. My art practice is very abstract, expressive, spontaneous and performative. I like to work on large surfaces where one can see the play of colors with dynamic splatter strokes and a free play of texture.
GRADUATION PROJECT
- Project Title –
As my graduation project I’ve created a series of Visuals using human body as medium to express.
Instead of painting on a traditional flat canvas, I chose to paint on the human skin directly along with a background and then photographed it.
I’ve worked on the themes related to social issues such as war, masculinity and feminity, the inferiority of the blacks and self identity.
Working on this project allowed me to collaborate with various people and create an immersive work of art that’s part painting, part photograph and part performance.
