The thesis project is a reflection and introspection into the system of systems, the realm of health care IT industry. It kicked off by pin pointing the process within the larger processes. It visualises the upcoming and ongoing advancements, drifts and direction and sees a complete picture of the process (subject), which helps in making sensible and thorough decisions from time to time. Boom of the fields within management and design management, the continuous advancement clearly reflects on the obsolescence of the older systems or way of working. An understanding which is system based and that helps in deriving solutions is the evident of most effective and efficient outcomes. Though this project, various explorations were made using different research techniques and pethodologies for the long-term benefit of the system.
